Solidarity Food Drive for OPSEU/SEFPO 166

On Saturday, at the Northwest corner of Victoria Park, a solidarity food and donation drive will be held for the members of OPSEU/SEFPO Local 166 on strike at Community Living London during Sunfest.

These OPSEU workers have urgent basic needs in this Week 7 of their courageous strike. We are working working with a broad community coalition on a food drive: donations of grocery gift cards (of reasonably small amounts for distribution to individual members facing hardship) and non-perishable foods will be accepted. Cheque donations are also gratefully accepted; please make the cheque out to OPSEU Local 166.

During this event, OPSEU/SEFPO 166 members will be engaging in public outreach and an information picket.
